Orders marked with ASAP usually ship within 1-3 business days. Unless unexpected circumstances occur, we may require more time to process your order. Orders marked to ship at a later date typically ship on the desired date, but can be off 1-3 business days for processing.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen. Domestic shipping periods can range from 3-7 days or more in some cases due to customs/local post office delays. (Holiday shipping could experience delays with the carrier) During Holiday times the carrier can take some time to update their scan ins. We fulfill the product and deliver to the carrier from there the carrier can have delays in scanning in the package during Holiday seasons. If your tracking has not been updated but label is created this is an instance where the carrier has not updated their scanning. We ship from our Dallas, Texas US warehouse.
