As you may have read in the news, shipping carriers are experiencing unprecedented order volume this holiday season and they are prioritizing vaccine delivery. This paired with increased safety measures in our warehouse, orders are taking longer than anticipated to process and deliver. We will do our best to (safely) ship your order to arrive for Christmas. We thank you for ordering with us and we are processing orders as quickly as possible!
Orders marked with ASAP usually ship within 1-3 business days. Unless unexpected circumstances occur, we may require more time to process your order.
Orders marked to ship at a later date typically ship on the desired date, but can be off 1-3 business days for processing.
Right now we are experiencing 3-6 business days for processing orders during the holidays.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen. Domestic shipping periods can range from 3-7 days or more in some cases due to customs/local post office delays. (Holiday shipping could experience delays with the carrier)
During Holiday times the carrier can take some time to update their scan ins. We fulfill the product and deliver to the carrier from there the carrier can have delays in scanning in the package during Holiday seasons.
If your tracking has not been updated but label is created this is an instance where the carrier has not updated their scanning.
We ship from our Dallas, Texas US warehouse.
After a package is shipped out, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
We typically do not offer refunds unless it is our mistake. For instance, if you enter an incorrect shipping address and the order is shipped to that address we cannot issue a refund for this. We ask our customers to verify the shipping address on every purchase. We pay extra for an address validation tool.
In some instances we will consider a 50% refund, but not for incorrect shipping addresses.

In some cases, we may issue a 50% refund if there's a delivery issue caused by the customer and the customer requests to not reship. We reserve the right to review each scenario and deem if a 50% refund is applicable.
If your package is stolen, please contact our customer service and we will work with you to make sure you receive your package
